     Once upon a time there was a girl named Katy. She was beautiful but she did not know it.  Katy always tried to make herself pretty by putting on makeup. One day (when she had a runny nose and did not look her best) she thought she needed all the makeup she could get.     

     Katy went to the store and bought 30 of each kind of makeup. She bought lipstick, blush, mascara, eye shadow, and even nail polish. Katy went home and put on all of the makeup at once. When she was finished, she looked in the mirror.  She saw that she looked like a clown! She realized that she was beautiful just the way she was. Now, Katy will never wear makeup ever again.
